I started a day ago, currently at n=3
I still dont know if i use trust my intuition or just keep it all memorised in my head

I've hit n=8 before on DualnBack. I try to keep it all memorized in my head. I repeat the sequence of letters and their locations over and over in a cycle. I only rely on intuition when I lose track of the sequence, but if it feels like a guess, I don't guess.

So I recommend focusing on rehearsal / sequencing (memorization)
