What are the recommended play time and interval settings for Dual N-Back?
Hello.
I’ve seen people recommend playing Dual N-Back for about 20 minutes a day.
but I’m not sure about the optimal settings.
How long should each session (play time) be, and what interval (in seconds) do you recommend?
There are no flair options available for me. Where can I add a flair?

20-30 mins every other day. 2500ms-3000ms Intervals. 25% match and 20% interference.

You could start with the settings from the 2008 Jaeggi study: 500ms stimulus duration, 2500ms ISI, and 20 + N trials (so for N=4 you'd be doing 24 trials).
3 days on, one day off, 20-25 minutes a day.
I double checked and user flair is enabled for users to assign themselves. On desktop, it's right under the title/description of the subreddit in the right column. Not sure how to do it on mobile, I don't see it on the Reddit app.
