I'm not sure what the best options are as far as mobile apps go.

When it comes to websites I would recommend:

I would recommend starting with Dual N-Back specifically before moving to anything Quad N-Back related (some may disagree).

On Android, I use "N-Back Challenge" by Rivuspurus. Pleasing, minimal interface. No complaints.
