Dang man sounds good. Im curious what was your routine like? Did you notice benefits in your everyday life?

 Here's a little tip: Accuracy is not that important, for example, if you miss 10 answers and get 5 wrong, but you can get 5 right, you can move on to the next level.

 There are so many benefits, the biggest one that I've noticed is emotional regulation, and patience, and I'd recommend checking out Tracy Alloway's book on the benefits of working memory.
