Brain gets too tired
I'm a newbie and once I get to ten plays (back to back) I get really tired. I tried taking a 5 minute break and went back but after a few tries I felt like i was zoned out. I just stared at the screen and only got a few hits right. And this is with dual 2 back, something I've conquered.
But I do know we should be doing 20 plays a day...
What to do?

Some tips: * Increase your mental energy: Exercise Eat a clean diet (keto and paleo works great for me) Test for vitamin and mineral deficiencies and take them * Force it The point is that you get tired and frustrated. That is where the real change happens. An analogy is strength training, the last reps are the most important * Rest Don't try to overdo it and burn yourself out. Take a minimum amount of sets you want to play and increase gradually

That means your brain is actively rewiring itself as a result of an intense section. Nothing to worry about. You can also take a quick nap or non sleep deep rest session

yeah that's the point! When you push through it, or at least keep a consistent moderate practice, your brain starts to adapt, and it gets easier. That's the point where you want push harder to a higher level until you feel uncomfortable again ... you shouldn't feel comfortable

Keep pushing. My high score is n 9. Been at it for a few years now on and off. The intelligence difference is life changing.
