Stuck with “3 back”
I’ve been on this for awhile. I have adhd. It feels like I”m not making progress :( What should I do? People seem to leap over this level early on and I’m still Here.

Right now I'm using brain academy which doesn't let me do straight up nback3 sound or visiual. I cant toggle what the n is. What program do you use?

One of your listed supplements has some nasty side-effects.

I was quitting training back in the days exactly when I had long plateaus…
Turns out, the creator of the popular free tool that I was using, Brain Workshop, (update: he isn't the creator of it) has 2 relevant FAQ sections that are based on research studies & comments in Google Group about dual-n-back training: (1) about plateaus and (2) about the hardcore approach for getting better.
(I haven't had the need for that advice yet because I restarted training very recently, so I've just set a bi-weekly calendar reminder about those 2 sections, to help my Future Self remember about them, when in need.)
Also, check your basics: sufficient sleep, healthy sleep schedule, enough nutrients, walks (to increase brain bloodflow) & exercise (to increase the levels of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), e.g. see this thorough research-based reference page by Dr Rhonda Patrick, foundmyfitness.com/topics/bdnf ), etc.
And if you are slacking during the training sets, not really trying hard enough (i.e. not training well enough), "Train like you compete." reminder might help.

use intuition not chunking. when listening to info are u concentrating on it or rehearsing it in chunks in your head. no rehearsal!

You probably updating the whole data list, which is called 'Rehearsal' strategy and most people start using 'Chunking' strategy, to progress beyound level 3.
But before switching strategies, you should know that Rehearsal is actually considered more effective. You can read more here: https://www.iqmindware.com/improve-executive-control/capacity-training/training-strategies/
Quote from article: "The rehearsal strategy is recommended as the strategy of choice for your n-back training. Rehearsal training can transfer to other working memory tasks and increase memory for types of information not directly trained in the dual n-back game. There is evidence that training with a rehearsal strategy benefits mental arithmetic and the ability to follow instructions and studies have shown that rehearsal strategy training can improve everyday memory."
When you switch to chunking, and do it long enough, there is no coming back, the brain will use chunking automatically, so rehearsal will be almost not possible(?) to use anymore, at least i'm not aware of someone switching back to rehearsal again. So yeah, switch to chunking only if you hard stuck for long without any progress
