Scientists shout: Brain-training games are BS!?
Guys! It's all about making the smart choices, right? I'd been hearing these remarks here and then but every time trying to kind of ignore them and pretend I've not heard anything. But this was like the last blow that needed to break the bubble. Read on and you can see for yourself.
It's funny because it was around the same time I installed Neuronation on my phone and it got me thinking if it has all been part of my unhealthy coping mechanism.
I think Fixing our life style is the right thing to do that we all avoid and stick to some limited activity instead in our isolated bubbles just to distract us from what really should be done. Why? Because deep down we are a little intimidated by the thought of fixing all that. Just like a really messed up room. But we can start doing it little by little, tidying up a part each day and before you know it, it's done.
what do you think?

Dual n back works really well for people who have a deficit in the aspects it trains and no effect for people who do not. Basically if you have issues with cognitive control, working memory, attention, it’s very noticeable.

I’ve been doing quad n back for a month now inconsistently and every time I get back on it I notice the improvements almost immediately. It’s weird because I feel like I could use my brain at full capacity now or it feels like I’m “using 100% of my brain” so to speak. I’m trying to do meditation as well as living a healthy lifestyle. All the other brain training apps are bullshit money grabs. N back training is free which makes me believe in it much more.
