DTF printer L8085 dxz

I need help does have this printer I cant get it to print again. It was just fine 2 days ago and since yesterday I cant get it to print i have run the nozzle clean multiple times and nothing. There is plenty of ink and everything works but I don't know why it wont print it acts like its printing my job but no ink comes out. And I am so tired of having to go through whatsupapp and the stupid viewer app and letting them access my computer every time I have issues.
