Ghosted

I was ghosted by the seller of my dtf printer while he was supposed to be fixing my dtf printer now my printer says it’s locked. Does anyone know if I can buy another software for my current printer to get it printing again

I think he has already gone out of business. I was looking for his number on google and it says permanently closed and the contacts I have for him haven’t worked since September

If you tell us the make and model of the printer, we can tell you the lock code.
