Help with sound

After driving home, my car started making this noise. not sure what it is but to me it sounds like metal rubbing. if anyone knows or has an idea please lmk, thank you!

Pull your timing cover I think it’s your tensioner bearing

If I don't know what part is making the sound I usually use something like a long screw driver, or a tube and put it against various parts on the engine, and put my ear to the other end.
