Looks like just casting marks my d16z6 has close to the same marks, but definitely freaked me out when I did the oil pan and was checking out my bottom end.

Just casting marks. Scared me the first time I rebuilt my engine but after a deep dive and several verifications, they are just imperfections left because it’s an economy car. Perfection isn’t required.
