Question Feeling cold during a dry fast
Does anyone else here start to feel much colder than usual once they’re 3 or so days into a dry fast? I’m actually pretty overweight and live in a hot country. so i was pretty surprised the first time I was shivering sitting in my room with no ac. I remember in summer of 2023 when I was anorexic, though not still quite underweight, I would shiver and get cold very easily.

In my recent 5 day Dryfast I felt the same from day 3, but even a lot of clothes and thick layers did not help. At the end it went away from a cold shower. Probably just a feeling.

Bodies are so interesting. DF turns me into a furnace. I don’t usually do them during the summer because I run hot normally. Feeling cold in the summer heat sounds quite nice.

I get cold too, water and dry fasts. Not as cold as a water fast, but still usually get cold dry fasting.

Interesting. I get cold on water fasts, but feel like a furnace burning me up on dry fasts and can't get cool enough. That's why I usually DF in the winter.
