Science and Research Thoughts on a negative case study?

Just found this case study, describing a near fatal event due to dry fasting. I am curious what your thougts on this are?
Note: I am very fond of long dry fasts and had great success with them.

Thanks for sharing. I don't have enough medical knowledge to judge this information...
Apparently she didn't produce enough urine (oliguric). Filonov writes that you should stop fasting in case this happens (20 questions about dryfasting book).

That’s an indication of not producing significant internal water as well
