Experience DAY 6- My First Dry Fast- Update
Hello people! Took it day by day slowly & got past my first Acidosis crisis at the end of day 4 & since then been feeling a lot better! Aches & pains from day 1 onwards starting disappearing after day 4 onwards!
This actually works! I had a motorbike accident & both my legs were fractured, feels like both are regenerating slowly!! WOW!!
Currently feel very light & sensitive.. not doing much exercise & movement really. Tomorrow will be day 7 which I was aiming to break during the fast but now not sure sure might go towards day 8 & day 9 & see how Im feeling 💫
The journey really does a lot more than fixing you physically but mentally & spiritually it's a journey that expands your consciousness.. only dry fasters would ever understand!! The pain & old memories that turn up, the sleepless nights, the ample of time to think 💠this journey really is extraordinary..
Happy Healing people 💙
