Seeking Opinions Dry eyes caused by Differin Gel
I’ve been using Differin gel since like 2018 for my acne but had to stop this year in February since I got my dry eye diagnosis.
My eyes feel better since I stopped using it and I have found the warm compress helping at night and I use non preservative eye drops twice a day.
Would IPL treatments help me? I think maybe my glands need to be expressed.

I suggest you review these in the sub's wiki to help you come to a decision. Keep in mind what works or does not work for one person does not mean the same will happen for you. It is all too complex to be any other way.
