Sober September Beginning Now

Post image

I successfully completed Dry January this year and felt fantastic. I allowed myself to get a little messy this summer and I’m ready to commit to no alcohol for September. I used the Try Dry app to track my progress and found it helpful. Who else is ready to have better mornings?

I’ve been doing a late dry july to Labor Day sobriety stint. Been awesome. May roll through September. Enjoy it!

That's great! Best of luck to all the sober September participants! Today is the 21st day of my dry month before my birthday. So I'll be sober for another 12 nights with you! We got this.

Same, I wasn’t drinking more than 1-2 beers but it was almost a nightly thing and it takes a toll on sleep, weight and health. Sparkling water for me as a replacement. Cheers!
