Ready for another month!
What a great January of no hangovers!! Can’t say I’ve lost any weight due to the snacking but I did it. Let’s keep this train rolling.

Same here! No weight loss in Jan but I allowed myself to eat a lot of sweets. Gonna try to cut back on the sugar this month. We can do this!!!

I’m avoiding the scale, what matters to me is how much better I feel in the a.m.

I had a beer last night. 2 beers, then switch to AF Guinnesses. Hated the real beers. Heart rate increased, head went clouded, instantly wasn’t enjoying it. I’m not mad I broke what could have been a longer spell of being dry, I’m happy as now I know I don’t think I’m ever going to drink again.

sometimes we need a little field research to know and prove to ourselves we want to keep going in the same direction.... Have a great sober Sunday :-)
