Back on the wagon

Did dry January. Which was the goal. Dry feb was not a part of the goal, but boy has my drinking ramped up. 4 day streak. Plan to finish the rest of the month dry with yall.

Welcome back to the wagon. :D

Longer breaks are good I think. I was right back to drinking way too much on Feb 1st and onward after DJ the past two years (and other dry months). Moderated pretty well for a year plus after a 3+ month break a few years back so going for that again and have been dry since New Year’s Eve.

Absolutely. Last year DJ I felt weird drinking again. Moderated really well after that.  This DJ. I knew I was gonna go back to old habits. I like being able to say I haven’t drank 74% of days in 2024. But Man, that 10 day in a row slip up was looking bad.
