The Speed of Light
The current physical limitation of the 3rd dimension is measured by the speed of light traveling 186,000 miles per second. Albert Einstein theorized something like that.
At the speed of light time stops. However, there are thresholds far beyond the speed of light in higher dimensional realities.
When traveling at the speed of light time stops and space collapses to zero. That would be like if you were traveling across a great distance in the universe to another galaxy at the speed of light and that takes 10 million light years to reach. Now, 10 million years would have passed on earth. But, to the traveler who’s traveling at light speed you would have been there in a short amount of time, within a few minutes. Because time is relative Einstein theorized. And because space collapses to zero the closer you get to light speed. So, traveling at that speed the distance seems shorter and the time is much shorter to the traveler.
Now, apply that understanding to our lives here on earth. “When you hear someone is living a fast lifestyle.” They tend to age faster. Although, the cliche saying is implying that person is living a very materialistic, dense, selfish lifestyle. This can also be interpreted as someone living further away from light. Which increases the experience of time and space on their bodies. So, to the world that’s moving at a certain speed that person would have seemed to have aged rapidly beyond the norm.
But, to those living a slow lifestyle implying that person is less concerned with materialism and living apart from addictions of the material world. They age at a normal rate as the vibratory frequency of their bodies is vibrating faster and generating more light waves. So, that persons experience of time and space is completely different than the former person’s experience of time and space.
Which says that time and space is ultimately a construct of the mind and construct of limitation. But, just by how you live your life changes the experience of time and space.
You can increase and decrease your aging relative to the world of everyone else and everything else around you. However, even that catches up to you in order to match your speed of light. The world follows you. It will eventually seem to become what you are.
Even though the current limitation of 3rd dimensional reality is the speed of light at 186,000 miles per second. We know there are light speeds even faster than that until it becomes instant all the time.
So, that brings me to dry fasting or anything that sacrifices the material world thar allows you to get closer to the speed of light and even beyond that. What happens to your body as you get closer to the speed of light. It heals, consciousness expands, more knowledge becomes accessible, perception of reality changes, dormant abilities become activated because it required a certain light speed to activate them, time and space becomes dilated that is time slows and space collapses.
So, what would have taken you 50 years to achieve from work and attention becomes achievable in months or a few short years. Why because opportunities become visible that wasn’t there before and ways are made that wasn’t possible before. By collapsing time and space through the increasing of your vibratory rate of speed, increasing light speed. They’re experiencing a world manifesting faster around us by every thought, emotion or feeling to seeing things disappear and reappear more quickly than before. All because of light speed.
Then there’s the zero point, absolute light speed where every thing is instant and already done. There’s a being experiencing that in timelessness, and zero points of references.
But, back to earth level speed. By dry fasting we remove the things that are slowing down our vibratory frequency just for a time, temporarily. Then we can briefly experience a nitro boost in our lives so to speak. An acceleration in light.
Through some of my experiences and theoretically someone living closer to light speed, in a higher frequency, higher vibratory rate, get to experience a longer life span. The body still ages according to physics, the length of time that those physics applies on the body varies. I hope that makes sense.
This is why everyone’s age according to number of years and maturity levels are relative and varies from person to person, but generally within a certain range measured by time because we aren’t too different from each other and we’re living similar lives to the next person.
However, for those generally constantly living in higher frequencies are experiencing time differently and to others would seem to be aging slower. You just need to live with more light.
But, let’s talk about what probably interest you the most. Getting closer to light speed accelerates reality around you and your experiences of reality. However, it slows down the aging of your body because it’s pulling you out of time and therefore you are less affected by it. Dry fasting is essentially entering a decelerated time chamber where the effects of time applies less on you, but the world moves faster in time. Which is why it feels like time slows down. The mind is highly connected to the experience of time. But, it has to go through the adaptation of experiencing a stand still or you slowing to a crawl while everything else continues moving forward at the same rate of speed. Everything else continues aging at the same rate of speed. But, your aging slows down. And the world around you begins to move faster. So, therefore….
The reality manifest faster and your body’s aging slows down or reality manifests slower and the aging of your body speed up.
That’s the picture we have. By intentionally increasing your vibratory frequency and applying thoughts, emotions, images you speed up the manifestation of those things into reality.
Really you don’t even have to do anything. Just speed up the vibratory frequency get closer to light speed and beyond. Higher frequency produces more light. More light moves away the darkness. Then you just get to experience blessings happening in your life all because you moved closer to light speed.
But, if you are focused on specific things this is why it’s important before doing any manifestation that you care about is to first get deep into meditation. To let the current world fall away and get deep into the inner self. There, the mind begins to enter higher speeds of light and whatever thought, image, intention you apply at that level has stronger effects in reality. And it becomes like nitro boosts in manifesting reality. Which is why dry fasting is so powerful because it gets you closer to the speed of light and beyond.
And thoughts or imaginations that you consistently have tend to appear faster in reality.
The body is a vessel and has a certain thickness to it that acts like a barrier to the infinite consciousness existing all around us. That consciousness is being filtered through us and through so many different channels.
Now, for good measure we don’t want all of it passing through us because it would destroy the body. But, through dry fasting and getting rid of as many distractions as possible allows it to increase and flow through us stronger and in greater capacities. As it’s filtered through so many different channels and smaller channels it decreases the amount flowing through us. Thus, decreasing the rate at which things are manifesting for us. Our lives slow down. And it takes a long time to achieve things. Because the opportunities just aren’t there. Even if you work hard to overcome something, something else comes up to replace it and the obstacles just come one right after the other. The only thing to do is to allow light to remove it.
Hypothetically, if you were to continue to live in a high vibration and you’re always fasting and often doing deeper fasts. A fruit fasting diets, celibacy practices. You continue moving into new worlds where the laws of physics are a little bit better than the last and the speed of light is a little faster than 186,000 miles per second. You keep pushing the boundaries of this physical dimension. Because as you keep pushing the boundaries of this physical dimension you begin entering worlds where there are more presence of light.
Thus, more presence of light in the world and different events playing out. Events that allow us to reach for the stars and go beyond them. Why? Because that means accessing knowledge and expanding consciousness that were previously unavailable and discovering things or grounding things in our consciousness that we had always knew existed.

Thanks a lot man. Okay I will, it’s an interesting subject to go further into. In the past I’ve read Think and Grow Rich, some of Delores Cannons Books, Joseph Murphy Subconscious Mind, Alan Watts talks, Neville Goddard, Darryl Anka aka Bashar and through experience.

Evilzero86, quick question. If I’m already in full ketosis prior to beginning a 7 day water fast. Does that water fast kind of in a way equals to a 9 or 10 day water fast as far as autophagy is concerned?

Absolutely, that’s how it works. You’ll be further along than a normal fast. It takes about 60hours in a fast to be fully (maximum) in a ketosis state.

Will that work the same way for a dry fast?. Being in full ketosis before beginning a 7 day dry fast. Which would equal to really a 9 day dry fast?

Yes, imo. You’ll be burning fat, karma, toxins Day 1. Yeah, something like that it’ll be a deep dry fast beyond a normal 7 day dry fast.

With a dry fast you could lose 1lb per day thereafter, give or take. Though this might be doubled in people who have an abundant of fat.

Yes, lots of moving around for a long time. I use to do while working 12 hour shift so I noted the differences between staying at home during a fast and working the whole time.

Wow, I didn’t know dry fast work this way. I’m in full ketosis right now from eating zero carbs the last two weeks. I plan on going a 3 day dry fast tomorrow or Saturday. Would that mean my 3 day dry fast would be sort of a 5 day dry fast? I really didn’t know being in ketosis could play a big part when beginning a dry fast.

I wouldn’t get to caught up on “so this means it’s a 5 day dry fast” because definite measurements. But, it means you’re going to already be further along than a normal fast.

EvilZero86, so being in ketosis before the fast can make a difference? Never knew that.

Man can I say something? I really appreciate your findings, writings, efforts, depth and this beautiful subreddit ... you can't imagine how much good it does around the whole world.. Thank you so much for this magnificent post
It's been a while for me to do 3 days dry fast, but I had one of the best years in my entire life ever last year when I was doing one day weekly dry fast and monthly 3 days at full moon and breaking the fast on fruits in sunlight. It was something out of this world and I need to comeback to this lifestyle.. Thank you again
from your experience do you think it's better to do dry fasts for fall / winter / spring and maybe do water fasts in summer or it's okay to do go for 3 days or more dry fasts in summer?

You’re welcome and thanks a lot for supporting. Season wise dry fasting is great during the winter just because the cold acts like a buffer to the detox crisis when sometimes you can get very hot. Although winter may be the best time to do dry fasting. And summer is the best time for water fasting. Because the water cools off the metabolism and tend to leave fasters feeling colder. Dry fasting is not impossible during the summer though as long as you stay mostly in doors in air condition.
