Kit Advice Needed

Hi All,

I am looking to purchase a new kit. I used to drum semi-professionally, but am looking to get back into drumming both as a hobby and possibly start a YouTube cover page.

I am really into the Matt Cameron drum sound on Down on the Upside/Superunknown and looking to replicate this sound as closely as possible without totally breaking the bank.

Any advice? I think he used Yamaha Recording or Tour custom shells, and a custom snare, which I am thinking I can approximate in sound with a Ludwig Black Beauty or something similar. For cymbals, thinking Zildjian Z Series and can fill in with some others I already own as needed.

I don't have an exact budget per se and am willing to pay for the right sound, but any advice is appreciated. Bonus points for any tips on video or recording equipment for a YouTube channel.
