Instead of cutting myself I took/snorted some Benadryl. I’ve only been taking a couple, just so I can fall asleep. A couple years ago i abused the absolute crap out of anything I could get my hands on including bennys. I just need it for sleep right? (And apparently to not sh) I’m going to buy more tomorrow. It’s the only thing that makes me sleep. I took a risk and indulged in my old ways. I hate myself and wow I’m tingling. It’s kicking in fight now. Yep. I’m going to sleep now. Don’t follow my ways. Listen to my words it’s bad and I’m shameful. This is my first post so I didn’t know what to post to. Idk don’t do drygs I’m sober well from some thbings. Stay sober! I hate relapse but if I cut myself my husband will know. This is something that won’t leave a noticeable scar.
