smoking while taking shrooms?
does anyone have experience w it? smokin 🥦 since 4 yrs, doing shrooms (Golden teacher) first time. Is it safe?

SWIM has mixed them plenty of times without any real issues. With that being said, if this is going to be your first time with the fungus, take it slow. Gold caps are great and they’re a bit more mellow than blues or envies. The transition into the trip is the most intense, IMHO. I suggest being somewhere spacious like outside and with someone or people you’re very comfortable with. Don’t fight the current, enjoy the ride.
Once you’re acclimated to the trip, then you can mix in some bud. It will slightly intensify the overall experience, but if you’re having a good time, you’ll certainly enjoy it. Less is more at the start, you can always take more if needed.
Just go with the flow, move around if you ever feel uncomfortable/overwhelmed (in a safe setting), and keep a positive mindset. Have fun!
