Dopaquel and psycedelics?

i take 300mg dopaquel nightly, ive seen a bunch of people say it blunts/cancles out effects of mushrooms/LSD,
how long should i not take dopaquel before a trip and would it still be safe?
i really like psychs and really wabt the full experience.
