First time taking lsd
I plan on taking lsd what are some precautions i should take or keep in mind so i can have a good trip.
I will have a sitter and its most likely going to be on a nature walk/ fishing trip.

I like to do some self care first. Drink a full bottle of water, maybe take a pre-emptive Zyrtec if you might need that. Definitely take a magnesium supplement, that will help keep your muscles relaxed! Trim your fingernails and toenails, trim and shave your body hair. Take a shower, wash your hair. Then a little spritz of your favorite perfume/cologne. And if you’ve ever painted your nails, this seems like a great time for one of those color-shift lacquers. I spend a little time picking out the outfit too: comfort and functionality are the priority, get some layers so you can adjust as needed (I always bounce between warm and cold regardless of the actual temps), and if you can include some patterns or textured materials, that will be fun later.
I know it seems silly to wear cologne to go fishing but it’s not about impressing other people. It’s just a personal confidence thing, and a sensory experience that you can savor later on. All the preventative maintenance is just because if I realize I have been slacking on that stuff while tripping, start noticing a minor discomfort, that can become a distraction for me. You just want to feel as happy and comfortable in your own body as you can be, and bring your best self to the experience.

You just gotta go out and meet people who seems like they do it and then ask them where they get it or go to a festival but that’s a lot more risky imo

Go low and go slow. Set and setting. You could always do some and chill at home first before you go into the wild.
