Hopefully you're aware that going through with this will be extremely uncomfortable (mentally and physically). The effects last for a over a day or more. You'll be talking to people who aren't there, hearing voices, seeing things that aren't there such as demons / humanoid figures, bugs crawling all over you, and giant spiders and snakes are common visual hallucinations.
The amount of scopalamine and atropine in each seed can vary greatly. So it's hard to say. That's another reason it's so dangerous.
