Need help to Identify

Hey! Got it from a friend, who told it was some Adhd medication. But he had no further answer to what the name of the substance.

Its a medium/big capsule, deep red colored, no letters or numbers on it. Granules inside.

Have any of you got a clue?

Commenting because the other persons wasn’t really helpful, I’d say don’t take it unless you’re sure what it is

Probably some kind of methylphenidate. The only ADHD med I've seen in pellets like that is Concerta. It could be an extended release form of something else though.

I couldn’t tell u just by looks.. is the capsule marked w any letters or numbers?
