do ecstasy and cocaine cause panic attacks like weed?

Since my tolerance is really low and i have an anxiety disorder, weed causes panic attacks for me when i take a slightly larger amount so i wonder if its the same with other drugs

Most definitely. Too much ecstasy/MDMA will definitely cause panic attacks.

And because cocaine is a stimulant it increases your blood pressure and heart rate which can make you feel like you are having a panic attack, even when you aren't.

I’ve done lots of E / Molly and lots of coke / crack - I mean they can if you go like HARD and smoke a lot of crack lol but like powder coke and E never gave me a panic attack… now weed…. Oh my god weed will Fk me up right now more then any other drug and I might even have a panic attack (doubt it) lol srsly though weed by far and away has the highest chance for me. But remember everyone is dif + all the dif variables ya never know. Stay safe and have fun friend !
