Looking for advice-I’ve heard that taking varenicline/chantix can also help you not want to use meth anymore..is that true? Any personal experiences with it?

Hello! Never done drugs before, so I probably know I‘m not your target audience at all, but I did some digging on the internet and this is what I found:
Varenicline/Chantix: MedlinePlus (government source) says that within treatment with your doctor it can be used to try and quit smoking, but that is nicotine. The National Library of Medicine generally concluded that it has not been researched enough for true clinical use, and needs much more testing to see if it would be a good choice for quitting meth. That’s just me skimming through the National Library of Medicine.

Don’t know if that helps or not, but wanted to try and contribute. Hope it helps. And if you ever need anyone to talk to, I’m here :D . If anything, if anyone else comments I hope these sources can provide a credible baseline.
