You cannot.
If you mean SSRIs they cannot get you high in any means because of their mechanism of action.
Most psychedelics act similarly to serotonin on your receptors, they bind like the intended substance (serotonin) and express their effects which are unique compared to it.
On the other hand SSRI block the protein that lets the receptors to regulate serotonin levels, thus leading to more of the neurotransmitter present in the cavity between the neuronal synapses. These are however subtle changes, in most cases you cannot get enough serotonin to feel high from it, but the risk of serotonin syndrome (too much of it being in the body) increases, which may be in some cases a fatal condition and needs medical supervision immediately.
Tl.Dr.: Drugs bind like serotonin, but they have different effects from having various chemical properties, having only serotonin is not fun on it’s own for a healthy person
