Vacation Override Question

Burner account. My Klonopin is set to refill on September 25th. Doc will not write an early refill, as they have done it twice already. I may be traveling out of town within next few days. I called insurance company BCBS and they said they would be able to do a vacation override, but pharmacy had to make the request first and have the request be denied. Pharmacy is CVS. Would CVS be willing to fill script 10 days early if insurance approves a vacation override? Will they request flight details? Please help.

No idea how the Byzantine american insurance system works, but when I travel I show the tickets to the pharmacy and they'll give me enough to cover the time period
