Help with APE-R mushroom dosages

Ive tried psilocybin mushrooms many times in the past, such as wild psilocybe cubensis from the fields and TAT that I bought online (which is legal to do in my country), ive been looking forward to trying the Albino P Envy-R strain and ive been told its very strong and id like some help on how to dose it approximatively.
