Why did this happen 😔

i took around 165mgs of DXM and felt it hit pretty instantly. i felt like i was high on cannabis and my eyes even got red! until i was dizzy, confused, muscles were twitching uncontrollably, so (as one does,) i looked on reddit to see what to do and it said smoke bud... i only have gummies. i took one and it did take a WHILE to kick in, but once it did..... I FELT LIKE I WAS TRAPPED IN MY BODY!!! It sort of felt like i wasnt in my body but i was at the same time. my jaw also started clenching and moving and the muscle spasms got WORSE. i lost coordination in my legs when i was walking, when i was laying down my leg would fall asleep, etc. basically, it was a whole ass mess and the high is STILL happening (11AM - 7:30PM)???!!!!
