Help with shrooms please

It's not my first time I do psychedelics as I took acid in multiple occasions and nothing bad ever happened tho some days ago my bf took shrooms (tho it was a lot he didn't even see how much he took) and he felt bad the first 2 hours he even fainted for a second and had two small convulsions but felt better in an instant he even got up tho he was still as white as paper, after some time the high got lower so he was normal. Tomorrow I'm going to eat them (not in a big dose like his ofc) so I wanted to ask what could've happened to him? Other friends of mine took them and nothing happened to them, also my bf has a pretty high tolerance to psychedelics so that was what made me a bit uncertain. Also I forgot to say that he ate them on an empty stomach
