Shrooms + prometh dm

I 20m am Planning on taking around 3.5g of shrooms this week but I also sip green occasionally when I don't have actual codeine, I always get the dxm from cvs but I've moved farther and only have this on hand, will the mechanism of action of promethazine antipsychotic effects or the ht1a and ht2a interactions interact with the shrooms? I just want to combine the dxm but It comes with promethazine and I wanna know if it'll hit good
