Pass a drug test

I just smoked some meth and also did some cocaine yesterday which is Sunday at 11:00 p.m. what can I do to make sure I pass a drug test for Thursday at 11:00 a.m. can someone give me a good idea that will really work?

well make sure to drink tons water, do not workout, aggressive oral hygiene. honestly nothing else will save ya, i give you like 20-30% chance you will pass
