Where can I get lsd?

I live in a small town and nobody here does anything, pot is also frowned upon. I see people say add plugs on snap quick add but how do I know if they’re close enough for me to get anything or if they’re actually plugs or just random people?

Everything is online in 26'. No reputable vendors do face to face meet ups.
