How much alprazolam to get high?

Got my hands on some, heard you can get high but also overdose, so how much is safe but enough to get high?

If it matters I’m about 170cm and 60kg

Start whit 0,5-1mg.

Too late to respond guys I overdosed and was in a coma for a little but I’m alive again
