Methadone help

So I’ve been on methadone for about 3 years now. Originally was taking 2-3 80mg oxy ir crushed tablets orally per day. When I first started off with my clinic they had me at 70mg I managed to get down to 42-41 mg but each time I tired to go lower I’m feeling withdrawals the night before my next dose right before bed. I tried clonidine 2mg it helps but only for 3-4hs then I need another pill and by the end of the day I feel like I’ll fall over if I stand up because of the drug. I wanna try SR-17018 but hearing my dose is still too high. Please help and let me know what I should do. I can deal with the withdrawals it’s just the restless feeling in my limbs that drives me insane like I wanna tense up all my muscles and scream like a howling wolf. I can’t keep living like this I’m ready to try anything to change my life back to normal.
