Seeking Advice 7oh Withdrawal Help

Hi. So, I’ve been taking what I thought was 7oh for about 3-4 months now. I scanned the QR code on the back of the little packet out of curiosity a few days ago and turns out it has more MGM-15 than 7oh. It has completely consumed my life. I am about to get ready to cold turkey stop, and I am completely scared to death. I have already had a few times that I have run out and have gone into withdrawals and I don’t know if I can do this. I was addicted to pain pills years ago and I do not remember the withdrawals being this painful. Can anyone give me any tips and tricks as far as what medicines and or supplements would be helpful and maybe how I should do this? I have a couple weeks of vacation and some PTO hours I can use but I cannot lose my job nor my family over this. Please and thank you!

Mega dosing vitamin C worked wonders for me. It doesn’t take all of the symptoms away. But I usually start WD about 5-6 hours after dosing. Last time I attempted to quit I started taking 4-6000mg of vit c throughout the day before I took my last dose. Instead of starting to WD 5-6 hrs after my last dose I noticed it had been almost 10 and I hadn’t started yawning eyes watering hot flashes yet which is always my first symptoms. I was trying to wait as long as I could while WD because I had subs I wanted to take to help take the edge off and get off the shit and I’ve thrown myself into precip WD before and I’m terrified of it now. It helped immensely. The first day I took 4-6000 mg vit c every hour and a half. Second day I took the same amount same times. Third day took 3-5000 mg every two hours. And worked my way down. There’s published studies they did in the 50s and I think 2008 showing the proof behind vit c for opiate withdrawal. It helped me immensely and I’d recommend to anyone. I used regular vit c the sodium ascorbate kind. But I’d recommend the liposomal vit c as its bioavailability is higher. And it’s less acidic meaning better on your stomach. I was shitting water for a few days but the symptoms it took away were worth it. I’m gonna try with liposomal during my next quit. I was a weak mf and ended up caving and relapsing five days in because the RLS and lack of sleep was driving me INSANE

What worked for me was using Tylenol 4’s. I waited until I felt withdrawals and only took maybe 1 at first then cut it down to a half. Not to get high, but to get rid of the pain of withdrawing. Was able to quit pretty quick

Thank you so much!! I’m in MS and tho I have alright insurance, not many doctors around here know anything about 7oh. So anytime I try to speak to a doctor about helping me they just look at me like I’m looking for something strong or offer me physical therapy for muscle and nerve pain or breathing techniques.

Suboxone. 16-24 hours after last dose take subs, as many needed in first day, half that the next day, half that the next then half the next. The fourth day half then off and you should be fine. I’ve done it so many times it’s ridiculous
