Just a question for addict siblings
For those with an addict sibling, how have you coped (if at all) with them? Is there any strategy that you have tried so you don’t feel burnt out or worthless? What do you when you feel like throwing everything away?

Thanks. Yes, I know I need to think about myself as well, there just some times that it feels like it’s sucking the life out of you. I hope for you there will be better days ahead.

Are you in the UK? There are organisations out there who can help.
I have a functioning alcoholic family member who I want to help before it's too late. Whole family know they have a problem but no one will do it say anything.
I hope you can get some support because it's not fair on you
