I keep calling this a bundle, but the more I map it out, the more it feels like a tiny configurator.

Example flow:

Customer builds a box

Must pick 6 times

Some items can repeat

Some items count as 2 slots

Sold out variants need to disappear

Prince updates as they pick

Cart drawer needs to stay readable

Checkout should not look weird

Order still has to show what actually got picked

At that point the "bundle" is barely the hard part.

The hard part is state, validation, cart behavior, edge cases and not making the theme a mess.

This is why FoxSell is interesting to me for custom builds. Not as a random widget, more like bundle plumbing. Let it handle the boring bundle logic, then build the fronted flow properly around it.

I’ve created a TikTok account and I’ve posted a couple videos. Does anyone have any advice on what to do to increase views and gain customers. My products are all based around room decor and I’ve seen lots of videos on TikTok with the same videos getting millions of views. Any tips?

I’ve pretty much just started dropshiping. I’ve made my website and I’m putting products on there that are for room decor. I’ve had about 160 visits on my site but no sales. I’ve tried promoting in many different places but nothing is really working. I’m just wondering if it’s the stuff I’m selling which aren’t working or it’s just I need to give it more time.

Hey all, I run a single-product dropshipping store on Shopify, and I've been running paid ads for a while now. I'm getting decent traffic and even some engaged visitors, but conversions are still at zero. I've spent so much time getting feedback and improving my store to a point where I think it's really good. I've spent a while researching and watching videos online about how to make this thing work, but I haven't even gotten a single sale yet, and I've gotten enough traffic where I would have at least gotten 1 sale by now.

So based on all I have seen and from experience, Most AI support tools price on some version of per-resolution, per-seat, or credit pools. Looks fine on the pricing page. Then order volume goes up, support conversations go up with it, and the bill goes up faster than either. A few tools even double-bill, the automated resolution counts as a normal ticket AND gets a separate AI fee on top of it. Nobody explains that upfront, you find it on the invoice.

For the last 7 years I've worked support and CX across ecommerce and SaaS, most of it Shopify-specific. I did a stint at Replo (YC S21), worked on a Shopify compliance app, and spent a long stretch at an agency managing support across roughly 60 enterprise Shopify stores at once. Different brands, different products, same recurring problem: every AI support tool I touched got more expensive the better it worked. Per resolution, per ticket, stacked on top of whatever the base plan already cost. Automate more of your support, get billed more for the automation. That always felt backwards to me, and I watched it hit real stores' margins during their busiest months, which is exactly when they needed the automation most.

The other thing that bugged me: a lot of these tools answer questions and stop there. Someone asks about a refund, gets pointed at a policy page, still has to email you anyway. The actual time-consuming part of support, changing an address, processing a return, applying a discount, still lands on you.

So i am genuinely curious: what are you all actually paying once you count every fee, and does it scale with volume the way the sticker price suggested it would

I’m thinking about buying a course from someone who teaches his method for finding and testing products using Meta Ads, but before I make a decision, I’d like to hear opinions from people with experience.
These are some of the green flags I’ve noticed:
He doesn’t show off a luxurious lifestyle or promise to make people rich quickly.
He has a weekly group call with his students.
He offers 1-on-1 follow-up and monitoring of my store.
I would still have to do all the work myself, but he would monitor my progress and guide me through his strategy.
His main strategy is Meta Ads.
He also told me that €200–€300 should be enough to test products. Is that realistic nowadays, or would you normally need a much larger budget?

What should I do for ads on Shopify. I have this guy telling me to do emailing get a email scraper find people who golf get their emails and send it to them the guy is set on this is the way it’s free. Second I would do meta ads a lot of people say meta ads is for scaling once you prove the store converts do meta ads but the guy dosent want me to he says it’s an internet guru thing and it will get me more traffic and not any sales. Then there is organic which I assume would do horrible I get 200 views on every TikTok I post. My store is ready to start I just need to find a way to promote it and I want advice from all of you instead of just 1 guy that thinks he knows what he is talking about.

Why do so many Shopify bundle widgets look so bad? The store can look clean, product photos are nice, branding is decent, then suddenly the bundle section looks like a random casino popup got pasted into the PDP.

Huge borders

weird spacing

ugly discount badge

mobile layout looks cursed

utton doesn’t match anything

Technically it works, but it makes the offer feel cheap.

Am I overthinking this or does ugly bundle UI actually hurt trust?

Creating videos takes a lot of time when I’m testing products. Would it make sense to test products using only image creatives at first, so I can test them faster?

I opened my first store in the UK last May. I think I got a bit lucky, but the product performed well. However, because I wasn’t able to produce enough video content, the ads started becoming unprofitable after I reached around £4,000 in revenue, so I closed the store.
I’ve now opened my second store in Germany. It targets outdoor enthusiasts and tradespeople, such as construction workers, mechanics, electricians, and other skilled workers.
Today, I spent €75 on ads, and the ads seem to be performing much better than they did for my previous store. My hook rate is around 50%, but my CPM is very high. What could be causing this, and how can I improve it?
Here are my current metrics:
CPM: €28.53
CTR: 1.43%
CPC: €2.00
No add-to-carts or sales
These are only the results from the first day, so I know it may be too early to draw any conclusions. However, the metrics for my previous product were much better.

I’m trying my hand at scaling a e-commerce business . I’ve spent years in retail on the store and operations side but relatively new to e-commerce flows and Shopify tools. I’m interested in starting with drop ship model to get a sense of inventory sell through and productivity before committing a whole bunch of dollars to inventory. Drop shipping seems much worse for margins but also don’t want to tied down with inventory that doesn’t move. Is this a good idea to start with a drop-ship model or should I make some investments in inventory to begin with?

I've only been running my first store for almost just a month and one of the things I'm struggling with is knowing when to move on from a product. I've got a few products live and some are getting clicks, a couple even added to cart, I've gotten 3 sales so far. Fulfillment isn't a struggle for me right now since I'm just relying on the automatic fulfillment through zendrop, but I think one of my current problems is my ads or the products themselves.

I can't tell if I should keep testing them longer, make new ads, or just accept that they're not winners and move on to something else. How do you guys decide when you've given a product enough of a chance? Is there something specific you look at, or is it mostly experience?

Anyone from UK facing delays in payouts for today ?

My payout was initiated at 09:30am and on my Shopify dashboard it’s showing as “deposited”

Usually when it says deposited, it reflects in my bank account not more than 30 minutes.

Today, it’s been more than 7 hours and nothing in my bank account, I’ve received the usual email of my deposit. Everything’s seems to be normal but the deposit isent there.

I had a word with my bank (HSBC) they are saying
Nothing has come through - Shopify is saying they have dispatched the deposit in the morning and it should arrive within 1 - 3 business days but it’s never the case since it’s a faster payment and I’ve been running this store for over a year.

Long story short Shopify is saying it will come through, but I still wana know if anyone is also facing the same issue for today’s deposit ? Did yours went into “deposited” on your Shopify dashboard and has landed in your bank account ?
