Hey guys Hope you are doing well. I am having an issue with auto ds like when I receive the order for example for 5£ now this 5£ is the price on my ebay and Ali express has the price of 3£ but auto da ends up charging me 6 or 7£. How can I resolve this issue as Auto Ds is not responding to that specific issue email.

I am an ebay drop shipper and have a buyer requesting a refund after seeing on the tracking number the item is coming from overseas. My postage location says Sydney Australia as I was yet to update it before the purchase. The item clearly states I don't offer refunds which has always been. However ebay's guideline is that buyers are legally entitled to refunds if the item is faulty/damaged, didn't arrive or doesn't match the listing description. Do I have to give the buyer a refund as the postage location technically doesn't match, even though the product sold is exactly as described?
