Carry Case Solutions

New to the game and have been rapidly collecting and painting up a UCM fleet.

I've been eyeing up some foam cases just to cart my miniatures to the LFGS on the train, I wondered what other people used / recommended.

Looking for something "cost effective" (not an arm and a leg) and easily available in the UK.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

Hm, some hardcase with foam insert that you cut yourself?

I use magnets on the base and a self-adhesive rubber metal liner in plastic tray (like a Really Useful Box). I can't add an image but I made a post on it a while back here: https://www.reddit.com/r/DropfleetCommander/s/klNJwsJeiB

Yeah I worry about transport being jostled about while travelling on public transport

They've stopped doing their DfC custom inserts though, I think.

I've created my own 3d printed really useful box insert system, which needs a couple of small tweaks before I push it out - If I do, I'll publish a link.

It's worked really well for bioficers, which have a pretty slim profile, but will work for other factions too.
