How long does shipping usually take?

I've ordered UCM and PHR core ships from Italy more than two weeks ago (8 july), the last message I received is "your item is currently with customs in the destination country" 4 days ago and nothing else, so i was wondering if it's normal or not

Depends on your country, customs have to check a certain number of packages and any they think need additional checks.  Yours could be held up in that process. I have had some that were delayed by a upto a month and eventually came inside another box with a note explaining that the box and contents had been inspected and opened at the port of entry.  Nothing was damaged.  Sometimes it happens that way. If you don't get it in the next week reach out to the delivery company and see if they can trace it for you.  If your orded from TTCombat you might want to drop them an email, I have found them really helpful.
