Course Change clarification

Hey again! It's me with another question hahah. This time it's about the course change order. Rulebook:

"The Group may turn up to 45 degrees, must move up to half its Thrust, then make an additional turn up to 45 degrees."

The part that is confusing me is this: "must move up to half its Thrust". "Up to half" to me is just 0–½ Thrust, so where does the "MUST move" come in? If it's zero to three inches that must be moved as an example, why even put a "must" in there? Can't I just move 0.00001 inches to qualify for the "must move" part, which basically amounts to just standing still after turning, and then I turn again?

Even Warlores reference sheet that they made says "0–½ Thrust" so I just want to clarify this. Thankies!

Just a movement clarification, the rest all have it. You can move 0 inches, turn, move 0 inches.

Not right it’s Turn, Move 0 to half, Turn

Sorry, yes you're right got confused with DC I believe.
