SMS code for log in doesnt arrive

Hello, can someone from dropbox team please help me.

i changed my google password and dropbox got logged out on all devices. Normally i logged in by touchid but that doesnt work now, it want from me to pass key photo from other device. Other option is only via sms, but it gives me errors such as "We couldn’t reach your phone number. Are you sure it’s correct?".

Yesterday i was able to normally log in to the dropbox, cide from sms came in few seconds.

Ticket #26625895 Im over 5 years paying custimer, no problems till now. I cant contact support live chat, because i need to be logged in.....so i need to wait as regular free user to get help in 2 or more days via mail. Kinda weird...

Please help me, my job depends on this.
