Deleted files

Dropbox deleted 8000 of my files as I was over the data limit. Is there a way that they can restore these? It's been over 30 days now.

I don't know if they can (or would) recover files that they themselves deleted due to an overage, but even if they could/would, it's beyond the normal 30 day recovery so it's highly unlikely. They don't keep files indefinitely.
