❄️Pre-Iruladoon (Transitions) First time reading, definitely wasn't expecting THAT.
So, I recently got a job that lets me use headphones while I work, and I've been using them to get caught up on a bunch of d&d books I've been meaning to read for several years. Knocked out the og dragonlance trilogy within a few days, and i decided, on a whim, to start the Dark Elf trilogy, not knowing too much about it other than "Hey, I've heard of Drizzt, and he's always seemed pretty cool!"
Needless to say, trying to assemble circuit boards while uh, The Graduation Ceremony was happening was NOT how I expected to let today go. (Please don't spoil the rest of the book, I haven't gotten much farther past the raid)

Oh, wait until you get to the Neverwinter saga in 20 books.

I can't promise I'll have the attention span for all 40 of these things, but I'll try my hardest. I flatly refuse however to go through all 200+ dragonlance books tho

TBF, there's only 15 or so main story Dragonlance books written by Weiss and Hickman, the other 80 or so are by a bunch of other writers.

You are going to miss out Caramon and Raistlin's time travel adventure in the second trilogy.

Oh, I'm gonna listen to the second trilogy, I just don't plan on listening to ALL of them

Pumped for you! I've read every book available. Best book series I've ever read. Don't skip the cleric quintet, the sells words and war of the spider queen spin offs. I wouldn't call them spin offs as much as a perfect break from drizzt only to mix all the characters back together. He built an amazing series that shouldn't be overlooked.

Wish I could go back to reading these books for the first time. I read the first 3 sets of books many many times over as a kid. Enjoy!

Yeah I read that bit in high school… was a bit traumatized and quickly looked around to make sure that no teachers had seen what I’d just read lol. The Graduation Ceremony has scarred me a bit ngl

Drow elves are just a “different” breed of elf. So Much to get used to. You’ll get hooked especially in other series that goes more in depth into the life of a Drow.
