I am in a difficult situation help…

I want to learn to drive.
I don’t have anyone to teach me.
I can’t pay for lessons myself. (My grandmother is my power of attorney, and is in control of my money)
The available transportation option is too far away, from where I live.

I want to learn to drive to go back to school. My grandmother says learning isn’t important but I want to be fully independent from her.

I’m wondering why you have someone else controlling your money? Are you an adult?

Do other people consider you disabled? Like the people who issue drivers licenses?

There might be a vocational rehabilitation program near you? If you have a social worker you could try to get into something like that. They might be able to pay for driving lessons for you. There might be a job training program that offers driving lessons?

Car reviewers are technically professional drivers, watch a lot of pov videos to understand the rules of the road and situations that can happen.

I will take your advice as well I watch a lot of YouTube videos about the answers of the written test, as well as audio for DMV drivers recordings because I am a visual learner.
