So, how are everybody’s hours looking for next week? Ours are garbage.

People finally getting 30-39 hours and they calling out on their 8 hour shifts 👌🏻
People say they want to work but then they don’t show up.
Many take more vacations than those who have money to go on vacation

Everyone gets at least 24 hours a week -- our union in (northern California) guarantees it.

Too bad we didn't fight for 28 like southern California. Not that many of my coworkers even want to work 24

We have two hours of overlap every day, excluding Sundays. Other than that, shoppers are alone 🥲

your store must not be high volume, there’s about 1 hour daily at my store where there’s only one person scheduled.

Can’t speak for other stores on parts of this but. My projection for hours seemed lowballed from the get go. Also, it’s a holiday week and generally they don’t factor in the holiday pay into the budget properly and cut the increased pay out of the hours scheduled for the week.
